Strategy Consultants.  A Synthesis Strategy Manager is responsible for working with Synthesis clients to assist them with establishing or refining their business strategy and approach, their supporting IT strategy, and the identification and definition of initiatives that are designed to support the combined strategy.  This position requires an advanced degree in business or an MBA from a leading academic institution.  At a minimum candidates will be well versed with, and will have hands-on experience using VBM, DCF Analysis, EVA Analysis, WACC and related financial analysis and valuation techniques.  Experience with formal strategy and architecture frameworks and processes is desired.  Traveling is required.

Enterprise Architect Consultants.  A Synthesis Enterprise Architect is responsible for working with Synthesis clients to assist them at a senior management level with their technology environments.  This position requires an advanced degree in computer science or a similar field.  Candidates should have at least ten years of experience in one or several of the following areas: application architecture, systems architecture, IT infrastructure and corresponding architectures (LAN/WAN, Telephony, etc.)  Candidates should have practical hands-on experience with architecture concepts and principles, Gang-of-Four application frameworks, integration approaches, and complex systems and data architecture and management.  Traveling is required.

Senior Program/Project Manager Consultants.  A Synthesis Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing business and technology projects.  This position requires extensive project management experience, hands-on experience with various project management methodologies and approaches, use of project planning and project management tools, extensive risk management and contingency planning experience, and formal budgeting and forecasting experience.  Candidate must be exceptional with respect to leading dynamic teams.  A proven track record of on-time, within-budget experience is mandatory.  Candidates should have at least 10 years of project management experience.  An advanced degree in business or technology is highly desired.  An MBA is a plus.  Traveling is required.
